The Orange County Domestic Violence Task Force has created this web site to provide answers to some of the most frequently asked questions concerning domestic violence and have also listed local agencies that offer help. The Orange County Domestic Violence Task Force was formed to increase public awareness of domestic violence issues; to support and conduct research on domestic violence issues, to support and conduct primary prevention activities to increase public awareness of domestic violence issues; to provide research and information to diverse entities about the needs of organizations that serve or advocate for survivors of domestic violence; and to sponsor reports, meetings and workshops for supporting agencies on domestic violence issues.
TASK FORCE MEETINGS
The Orange County Domestic Violence Task Force meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm at the Orange County Courthouse in Downtown Orlando, 425 N. Orange Ave. Our meetings are being held in Courtroom 14A on the 14th floor of the courthouse.
Meetings are open to the community.
